EVERYTHING ICEBLOCKS
How good is the satisfaction you get when your little ones devour a homemade iceblock that you have absolutely packed to the brim with goodness! Well, these are it! They couldn’t be simpler and you need to try.
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1 cup berries - mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries (if you want it super bright, leave out the blueberries and just use strawbs and raspberries)
1 cup plain yoghurt or Kefir
Optional add-ins (whatever you have in your fridge, freezer or pantry)
1/2 cup vege (steamed zucchini or cauliflower or spinach - or a mix)
¼ cup avocado
1 tablespoon peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
2 dates
1 heaped teaspoon foraged or 1 teaspoon liver powder
1 scoop of collagen (we use Nutra Organics)
METHOD:
Simply add it all into a blender or food processor until well combined and all the lumps are out.
Transfer to iceblock mould of choice and set in the freezer for 12 hours.
